irc is where most of development goes on. The people in the chat are usualy busy working on some aspect of the project or disscussing things. Please be respectful and don't ask a million questions. In the forums everything goes, of course in the right section. All we ask is for you to be respectful in the forums. Also please refraim from posting topics that are likey to catch fire (religion, abortion, emacs vs vi etc etc), such topics will be deleted and your account will be watched.
